Who I am

I'm Jensen Windsor, a sole trader trading as JHW Gardening Services, based in Alford, Lincolnshire. For anything to do with your personal information, contact me on 07538 184026 or jensenwindsor@icloud.com.

What I collect and why

When you enquire: your name, phone number, email address if you give it, and whatever you tell me about the job. I use this to reply and to arrange a quote.

When you become a customer: your name, address, phone number and the dates of visits. I keep these in a secure online system so I can schedule work, remember when your garden was last done, and get in touch about your next visit.

The legal basis is carrying out the work you've asked for, and my legitimate interest in staying in touch with existing customers about their gardens.

Where it's kept and who sees it

Customer records are stored in a secure database (provided by Supabase) behind a private login. Only I have access. I never sell or share your details with anyone else, except the companies that host the website and database on my behalf.

How long I keep it

For as long as you're a customer, or while your enquiry is open. Ask me to delete your details at any time and I will.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see the information I hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Just call or email. If you're unhappy with how I've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This site uses essential cookies only: the ones that keep the private client login secure (used only by me to run the business). Your browser also remembers locally that you've dismissed the cookie notice. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
